Use one page to Store All Comments

But what I would Like is just use always the same comments from one specific page in my new pages. And when someone make a new comment also stay in that page.

I don’t want to display all comments from all posts, etc…

Any idea?!
would be something like: comments_template(with specific post ID??)

If you have knowledge in the development, you can do it yourself. You just need to change the post object before the comments_template is called.
