Use of WordPress Logo

I have obviously already read that…

It doesn’t say too much about reproducing the artwork,
just to use the WordPress color palette when creating artwork.

I can only assume that its OK.
I am only concerned as I have used the original logo, but added text that is in the same nature and color as the WordPress logo with lettering. Also, the image is NOT linking WordPress, its linking to Themes FOR WordPress

Did you look at the images?
Whats your opinion?

You need to contact the wordpress foundation https://wordpressfoundation.org/contact/

It will also depend on the nature of your site/business as it is important that your site isn’t confused as providing official wordpress approved themes.
