Use of WordPress APP

    I have to say the plugin is a great solution. You don’t need a smush anymore, just compress everything that is uploaded and you’re done.

    But i wonder if this works with the WordPress APP? especially for customer projects this would be interesting. and especially for mobile phones you can quickly chose the full resolution of a picture for upload.

    I’m pretty sure the WordPress app triggers the same upload hook. If it doesn’t, just let me know!

    Now, to be clear, this plugin does not produce fully optimized images like EWWW Image Optimizer (our plugin) or Smush. Images are compressed as a by-product of the JPG format and image scaling, but not in the most efficient encoding.
