Can you clarify your question please?

Are you trying to access WordPress installed on the WAMP localhost server using a browser on another PC or do you have WAMP installed and working on one PC, but also want to have a second separate installation on your second PC independent of the first?

By default localhost servers such as WAMP are configured to be a standalone development system for running on a computer and to be accessed on that computer only.

You might find it better to work with something like z-wamp, https://zwamp.sourceforge.net so you can take the site with you on a usb stick to work on both of your PCs, or alternatively access your home PC using a remote access service such as logmein.com
