Use of undefined constant

  • Hi all,

    I’m facing an issue activating this plugin with WP 3.5.

    When you try to activate this plugin in WP 3.5, you get this warning:

    Notice: Use of undefined constant _recaptcha_qsencode – assumed ‘_recaptcha_qsencode’ in /your/path/wp-content/plugins/form-maker/recaptchalib.php on line 47
