    Hey there!

I’ve got a landing page all set up, and I’m aiming to have two forms on it—one at the top and another at the bottom. I’ve gone ahead and created two forms using WPforms. The plan is for a user to use one or the the other form and when submitted to send submissions to the same audience/list in Mailchimp. However, I’ve hit a snag. It seems like neither of the forms is making it over to Mailchimp. I’ve even experimented with embedding Mailchimp’s HTML code at the bottom of the page in replace of one WPform, and while that successfully submitted to Mailchimp, the WPForm at the top didn’t follow suit when I tested it. Oddly enough, though, every entry from the WPForm is showing up in the entries section in WordPress. Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any insights on how to solve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @pandaboom,

    We’d be happy to help!

It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!
