Use of my Http port instead of https port.

I wrote to you guys earlier but did not get a response, so kept on trying to figure out what the issue is and i realised that the plugin is trying to use my https port directly instead of the https port. I have setup Nginx in front of Apache as a reverse proxy everything has been working fine but when i look at all the links in your plugin they are all trying to use the same http port. why is this and how can i solve it.
Please, a reply would be nice.
