Use of my Amazon S3 bucket

P.S. It would also be appreciated if you re-wrote the text that you’ve copy-and-pasted from my plugin, to avoid causing users confusion. Too much of it is currently still in my exact words and sequence, which makes it looks like this plugin is something to do with me. (I’m all in favour of you producing your plugin – I just don’t want the potential confusion).

Sorry for the inconvenience. I just update the VAT Rate json url with my amazon account. I’ve miss that before the first commit.

The readme text was also updated.
