Use of H1

Hey. What is the correct SEO way of using H1? I use H1 on one single title. But that title has a large, medium and small version for responsiveness, as I use different font sizes on that title depending on the screen format. Yet Yoast don’t see that it is for large, medium and small screen and I therefore get three H1’s.Should I set two of them to H2? But if I do on for instance small screen version, won’t that affect the mobile version seo?
