use of date_default_ timezone_set not recommended

Thanks for the heads up! I will add it to the “Other Notes” section of the readme file.

Personally I have not observed any problems in the sites where I’ve used this plugin. But users would be wise to check their sites to make sure it is not causing any problems of the nature described in the links you sent.

I will also look into the possibility of changing the date_default_timezone_set to another approach in a future version.
