Use of answers as variables

    I need to send active links in the confirmation email (the want that is sent to the admin for each form submission), but I need to use users answers as part of
    The link, for example I would like to ad a Link to a prefilled Google Form, and I need the Users Name (that is a form input) or the submission ID as part of the URL for that address, so I would like to be able to use the users responses as variables for the Confirmation Email. Hope to had explained correctly this time.
    Is there any way to do such thing?

    Thank you for your Support, I’ve been contacted by support and installed now the upgrade and Works great, but there’s still 2 issues:

    1. I have 3 options used for 3 different forms, and I only want that text to be included in one of my options (applied to one formulary), and I revised and the text is sent to all the confirmation emails on all my forms.
    2. Both codes, the 4thinput and the ID are correctly changed for the form input, but only once, and my text has 2 times each variable
