Use name of user in different form

This is possible with Pre-Populate Form Field Values:

So, in short, you will have 2 forms, each form on a separate page URL and if the end user will fill name in the first form, this name will be auto-populated in the second form on the second page.

thanks for your reply and help!

I managed to submit the name value to the second form and if I put another name field in the second form (to try it) it’s prepopulated.
However, I want to put the name in the label of a radio field. Is that possible, too? If so, how do I accomplish that? What do I need to put in the label as a placeholder so it’s replaced by the name?

So you want to pull the value of one field and use it as a label in another field of the second form?
I’m afraid this isn’t possible at the moment, as the pre-population can only work for field values and not create new field options. For the latter some custom work will be required using the Forminator API: https://wpmudev.com/docs/api-plugin-development/forminator-api-docs/
