Use my email template

  • Hello,

    I would like to use my own email template. I created in my own theme a path like :
    ../wp-content/themename/ultimate-member/templates/email/checkmail_email.php

    But in email tab in settings, the template doesn’t change… Of course, “Use html” is checked! I already tried to check in a sent email, but it’s the default template too…

    Hi @virtualis,

    The path should look like this wp-content/themes/yourthemefolder/ultimate-member/templates/email/

    Hi,

    Yes, this is my path.
    I’ve already see this doc (very helpful) before ask on support forum, but even with this path, my templates aren’t working…

    I even tried to name my file with “.html” and “.php”, but it’s not working either…
