    Hi!
First of all, thanks a lot for this plugin. It’s simply great.

My problem is that the option “Use Logged In User Details” never works, and it always asks for name and mail, as if no login had occurred.

I have neither error nor warnings at the webserver log or at php-fpm.log. Everything is clean. All PHP extensions are working fine.

The only thing I saw using Safari as the browser is this:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () (bootstrap.min.css.map, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () (popper.min.js.map, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () (md5.min.js.map, line 0)

    No javascript errors.

With Firefox, the problem is the same.

I’m using Nginx 1.18.0 with PHP 7.4.8, WordPress 5.4.2, and the latest version of the live chat plugin -the one from a few days.

In case it helps: I have another server with an older version of the plugin which hadn’t this issue. WordPress version 5.3.4.
Now I have updated the plugin, and the problem has arisen.

    Thanks!

This is a feature request. We’ll consider adding it in the future. It’s not in our immediate priorities. For the moment our priorities lie in bugfixing stuff like the map.js warnings you reported.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Dear Support,
why you are speaking about “feature request” if this option already exist (but not works) in the settings panel ?

    Thank you
