Use Local gtag via Perfmatters

    Is there a way with php code that I could swap out this remote location:

    <script async src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=UA-XXXXXXX-X"></script>

    And point it to the local file that Perfmatters uses to improve pagespeed?:

    <script async src="/wp-content/uploads/perfmatters/gtagv4.js?id=UA-XXXXXXX-X"></script>
