Use local avatar in Backend

    Hi,

    is it somehow possible to use the local avatar also in the backend of WordPress? At the moment the plugin works just fine in the frontend but in the backend WordPress still connects to secure.gravatar.com to receive the avatar of my (admin-)user.

  • Hello,
    In the back-end, you can see the local avatar applied to the edit profile section. This same avatar will be seen on a front-end so if you are displaying gravatar than Gravatar will display in both frontend and backend and similar to Local Avatar. This is not possible to display gravatar on the backend and local avatar on the frontend.

    OK, I just updated my picture in the profile section and now it works also in the backend. Thanks.
