Use Live API Keys to Be the Primary (Parent) Stripe Account

    I’m setting up the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin and would like to ensure that my Stripe account is the primary (parent) account for the platform. Specifically, I want to:

    1. Enter Live API keys directly in the plugin’s advanced setup.
    2. Ensure my account is considered the main account responsible for payments and fund transfers when using Stripe Connect with connected accounts

    How can I do this? Is there an older version available?

    This plugin is called Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce. There is another plugin called “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” so I want to make sure you’re referring to our plugin and not the other one.

    Yes, I made a mistake in writing the plugin name, but my request remains the same. How can I set the connected account as the parent instead of the child? How do I enter the live API keys? Thank you.

    Hi @vuko

    It is not possible to manually enter API keys for live mode due to security reasons. The functionality that you’re inquiring about is not possible without customizing the plugin.
