    Hi there, @ppantaleo,

WooCommerce has a specific plugin designed to do that on Facebook:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/woocommerce-extensions/facebook-for-woocommerce/

Whit this plugin you should be able to sync your WooCommerce products to Facebook, integrate with your Facebook pixel for better dynamic advertising, and engage with your customers using Facebook Messenger – right on your website.

The product sync feature allows you to sync the products in your WooCommerce store with the Facebook catalog of your choosing. This catalog can then be linked to a Facebook page to display these products to your customers on Facebook. Though not specifically supported by the plugin, this catalog can also be used for other purposes like Instagram ads.

You can read more documentation on this page:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#sync-products

Jetpack has the Publicize feature that allows you to share content on social media (but not on Instagram) upon publishing; however, I think that this plugin I just mentioned could be what you’re looking for, really.

Did I get this right? Let me know your thoughts and if you have any other questions about Jetpack.

Hi @erania-pinnera, Thanks for your answer. I use the complete one from Facebook. The question is this. My website is a multivendor site with the WCFM plugin. The integration with the Facebook plugin allows me to link my catalog as Admin, but does not allow to link the catalog of my site’s stores. They told me that a possible solution is to connect as Admin through JetPack and to the stores on my site through the Facebook plugin. Do you know if it is possible? I am mainly interested in Instagram for the shopping function.

Our Publicize feature works for any Administrator, Editor, or Author user roles once it is set up on your site.

When you connect a social media account to Publicize, you’ll want to make sure to be an Administrator for that social media account / page and that you’re logged on as the Administrator that has connected to Jetpack in order to make sure you have the fullest access possible.

Once you do, you should be able to publish posts and have them automatically share.

We have a full guide on Publicize here for you:

    https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/

It’s possible that the catalogue / stores that you’re talking about might be custom post types that don’t automatically get shared, so you might want to look under the “How to use Publicize with your Custom Post Types” item near the bottom of that page for more info on how to include them if you’re wanting to publish items that aren’t typical posts.

Just to reiterate, we are not able to share items to Instagram through Publicize due to rules Instagram has enforced on publishing to their platform.

Please let us know if you have any other questions!
