Use in Widget (not working)

I made a contact form and inserted the short code into a post and it works great!

However, I made a contact form for my sidebar, previewed it (looks great), and inserted it in a sidebar widget and it’s not working. All you see is the short code.

Searched the forum for an answer, but couldn’t find one.

Hoping someone can help ??
