Hi – i was testing your plugin and found the following issues ( for me)
i was testing it in my own website for a client to see how it works first. It did not add my name to the contact list.
thinking it is a problem with different domains i then tested on the clients’ site.
in putting the shortcode into the sidebar, the form reacted by putting a round green checkbox mark when i tried to insert first name, last name etc. it did not allow data entry in other words.
i have deactivated and deleted the plugin, i do not believe it is quite ready yet.
    thanks, ed

Trying to make sure I know what steps to take to attempt recreating the issue.

You created a form, that at least had first name and last name fields, you published it, you used the shortcode to output in a sidebar, and you tried filling it in to submit.

Was the green checkbox mark preventing typing into the fields? Were you able to fill in the fields but it wouldn’t submit at all? Were you able to have the form process but the data didn’t come through on the Constant Contact admin side of things, assuming you had it connected there? It is possible to use the plugin without a Constant Contact account, and it’d be all self-contained in the WordPress install.

It was pretty well tested, but this is sounding a bit odd, so I’m looking for as much detail as possible.

Realizing it’s been awhile, but any followup to this one Eddie?
