use images for radio button

Glad you reached out, this is an interesting question. At the moment this isn’t possible without some custom code. You would need some JS code to change the HTML so you can append an image to the radio button, and probably come CSS in there as well. Those are my best guesses, I can only support custom code that GiveWP creates and distributes, this would be a little out of scope for support. Definitely possible, though!
