use image crop / upload function in non um-form

I am using ultimate member in a project and I am very happy with the image resize, crop and upload function. However, there is another form on my site, requesting an image upload with integrated crop. This form is not generated by ultimate members.

Is there a way to use the image upload function from ultimate members to resize and crop the image?
