• I have used this plugin for over a year alongside the paid Pro version. All I can say is, I give up. With just about every release a new and different and serious bug is introduced. Their support is fairly responsive, usually responding the next day. Often times they are able to resolve the problems by logging into my WordPress Dashboard. They inevitably come back saying such and such setting was not correct. What they don’t understand is that since I first set up my one form over a year ago I never change the settings. This always happens after a new release which is fairly regular so it’s clear they changed something in the software to cause the latest problem. My sense is that they don’t understand the concept of backward compatibility and they make changes that affect what used to work. The latest issue has caused me endless grief including having to set up a part of the form again after a year+ of having it work okay. I just cannot recommend this plugin.

    Hi sedelstein,

    Sorry that you were having trouble with the plugin. Could you please let us know what “defect” was introduced in the latest version? The last release was over a month ago and the only change was to correct an issue with bulk admin approval emails.

    It sounds like you’ve had a challenging time with this plugin. I apologize for that. It is quite a big plugin, with a lot of different features, some of them indeed on the more intricate side and designed for more advanced users, and we understand that it can sometimes take a bit to set up the way you want, but we’re always here to help if you need it.
