Use HTTPS URL for link to instagram account

    As per the title.

    I noticed that the link to Instagram is https://instagram.com/[accountname]. This automatically redirects to https://www.instagram.com/[accountname].

    For now I have edited the core plugin files (instagram-feed.php, js/sb-instagram.js and js/sb-instagram.min.js), in the hope that your update will reflect these changes.
