use HTML page in menu

    Hi,
    I have uploaded an HTML page – https://www.page.html onto my site and would like to put this page in the menu bar with a title. So for example to have a page in the menu bar called “report” then when you click on it you get my html page i uploaded.
    How do i go about doing this
