    It means the version of WordPress you are using bundles a non-standard version of swfobject (one that isn’t hosted on Google’s servers) and so rather than break your site, UGL is loading the version that comes with WordPress.

    In other words, it’s working as designed, the message is there so you are aware of why it isn’t loading from Google.
