Use frontend search query as the shortcode value

  • I was trying to let website users (not logging users just regular users) search for the data that already saved in the database.

    But with no luck, could anyone give me some suggestion?

    There’s something like show user their own submission. How about let user search for all the submission?

    Any suggestion is welcome. Thank you all in advance.

  • Hi, I had the same issue.
    For me… I do this with a page with shortcode (password protected) AND a simple template with
    Jquery Datatable (https://datatables.net/)

    Now User (with access) can search, filter, order AND export the entries.

    Work fine for me.

    Thank you for your reply! I search for datatable there are some shares but I could not figure out how to connect this with a acf7db table?

    If possible, could you please give me some advice in connecting acf7db shortcode search with datatable?
