use field value in email template

    Hello, I use the pro version for this plugin tu create a “make a gift” checkbox.
    The message appears correctly but I need the value of the check to create un “if” statement inside the email template.
    How can I get the value of a flexible field for a mail template?
    there’s a guide of something similar?
