Use email as separate value in dropdown field

I want to have a dropdown field with an option “name” and separate value “email”.

When the user chooses the “name” and submits the form, I want an email to be sent to “email” value.

I entered the ID of the field in “Send Mail” action in the “To” field, but no email sent.

Any ideas?
