Use Correct Support

    Please make sure you are using the correct support for the correct version of PLFI you are using. As per the explanation in the Help tab under the Settings section of the plugin (Media>Featured Image Settings), we accept support for the WP Directory Download HERE

    If you have purchased the Pro Addon, you may use that support system for ANY question. We will address any issues you have there.

    Please do not post Pro Support issues here. We respect the ethical ToS of WP’s Open Source platform.

    Therefore, we openly invite WP forum moderators to close any inquiries or reported issues with the Pro Addon.

    Please show your appreciation for the WP platform and the entire system by following the instructions on the Help tab of this plugin, in your WP Admin area.
