Use CF7 Shortcode in File Name

Hi! Is there a way to use the data entered from a shortcode in a contact form as part of the PDF file name? For example, setting the PDF file name to “contact-form-[your-name]” outputs the file as contact-form-joe-smith.pdf depending on what the user entered for “Your Name”?
