    Hi @mr-13,
This plugin does have the option to use Cache Rules and in fact it is highly recommended to use the cache rule as with cache rule you don’t have to deal with ?swcfpc=1 cache buster query string.

But you need to use the cache rules along with the cache everything page rule as a superlative fallback. Anyways, if you would like to use cache rules with this plugin, then first install this plugin and set it up with your Cloudflare email and API Key. Once that is done, head over to the Others tab inside the plugin settings and scroll down to see the Remove Cache Buster Query Parameter option.

There you will also find a link to the implementation guide. Do checkout the implementation guide first, add all the Cache Rules mentioned in the guide and then come back into the plugin settings and enable that option.

When using this plugin I will highly recommend you to use the Cache Rules along with the page rule created by this plugin for the best result and highest cache HIT ratio. Also do enable the Smart Tiered Cache inside the Cloudflare dashboard.

Please read the link I provided carefully. I have a good understanding of how the plugin works.

I suggest using ‘Cache rules’ instead of ‘Page rules’ in Cloudflare. Previously, there were only ‘Page rules’, which mixed up everything including caching rules. Now, they have introduced a new section specifically for caching rules. Therefore, using ‘Page rules’ for that purpose is inappropriate when there is a specialized tool that offers more rules (10 instead of 3).
