Kindly copy the oceanwp/partials/single folder into the child theme following the same path and edit the file as per your need to display the avatar as a fallback image if there is no featured image.

If you are also want to edit the page header, then copy the partials/partials/page-header.php file into the child theme following the same path and edit it.
