Use attachment link instead of file

Hi!

Is there a way to upload the attachment to the server and instead of sending the file via e-mail, display the link to its location.

The problem is that the e-mail going to a lot of people with limited e-mail space and it would fill up relatively quickly if the e-mails would include the files. It would be much better if the submitted files were stored in the server and the e-mail recipients would just receive the link to it.

Anyone?
