    Hello there,

    at the moment it is just a normal contact form.
    Probably in the Pro Version (releasing end of september) this feature will be integrated.

    We will keep u informed.

    I wanted to know, if by any chance I can put images in the multiple choice? and if this plugin includes import and export for submission, not just sending emails? and can be integrated with paypal or debit/credit card payment.
    I really love the plugin.
