That is because you are using posts templates instead of pages to render your website. You might want to avoid using posts to create pages unless you know what you are doing and you can manipulate WordPress / Php beyong an average user

Thanks for the advice. I have now added a page instead and used ‘shop’ as the parent but when I go into shop-girls room décor the page is not showing. Any further advice would be appreciated.
