use advanced custom fields?

    I would like to schedule updates to a home page that relies on advanced custom fields (ACF) for content. Choosing to schedule a post doesn’t show those fields. If it were a child page I would change the custom field settings to show for any child but since it’s the home page I cannot figure out how to target the page version for updates.

    Is there anything about the copy I could use to get the fields to show, or any way to make the plugin copy the desired page first?

    how are your ACF position rules set up? if they are set to only display on a single page you also need to add a “or” rule to display on every page that is a child of your home page.
