    Hi there,

I’m considering using Colormag for a website of mine, and I was really charmed by some demo layouts. For example, the grid in the Dark demo (https://demo.themegrill.com/colormag-dark/) really caught my eye. However, It seems I cannot recreate this one without Elementor. It seems the right widgets/layouts/grids are only available when using Elementor? Is there a way to use those without Elementor? Might be just a personal thing but I’d rather not use an additional builder, as I don’t need the advanced features for the rest of my website and thus rather stick with default widgets/gutenberg.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @kingofthehill

Have you tried importing the Demo content and then customizing it as per your requirements? You can refer to the link here on how to import the demo content: https://docs.themegrill.com/knowledgebase/importing-demo-content/
After importing you can customize the sections of the page as you desire without recreating the grid layout by yourself. ??

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other queries!

    Regards,

I tried, but when I install demo’s like the Dark Demo, elementor is automatically installed and gives me access to the widgets which aren’t available in any other way.

But in the end, I decided to just go with elementor, so no problem ??
