Use a shortcode from another plugin

    Hello, everything is working good, BUT i need to use a shortcode from another plugin to show a banner (Geo Banner), and is not working, on the code section i put the shortcode, example [cfgeo_banner id=”19437″] , but dont show anything, i’m missing something or there is something that i have to enable to use shortcodes from other plugins?
