Use A Preloader With FullPage or Hide the Side Nav As The Page Loads

  • First of all, thanks for the great plugin. It’s been fun to use & there are so many possibilities using the interface you setup while editing a page.

    I have an issue with the side nav on my site. We are hiding it in the 1st slide but it flashes briefly as the page loads before it disappears. It looks bad since this is the homepage of the site. I have 2 possible workarounds but not sure why neither are currently working.

    I have tried a few different ways of adding a preloader to this website, but the perloaders don’t work for some reason. I assume it’s a conflict with FullPage.js. Do you know if it’s possible to use a preloader on a FullPage page?

    The methods I’m using for the preloader are basic jQuery and CSS. Ones that I use on several other sites with no issue.

    The other solution is of course to simply not load the side nav on the first slide, but I don’t see an option for that.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
