Use a mail field in page to send mail

Hi there, i have a little question.

I’m develop a website using ACF.

I found your plugin and I try to explain you what i need to do.

I have a custom post type with some informations about shops. Every shop has a custom page. I wan to add a form in every page and when a user want to contact the shop with the form in the page, this form send a email to the email registered in the custom field on the page (email_shop). I don’t want to create a form for every shop but i want that the form take dynamically the email in the custom field and send to it.
