Usages of Add inserter in Word press Elementor page builder

Hi,
I am using the Astra theme with the Elementor page builder. I thought I can use add Inserter plugin for Google ad. I would like to add a square ad in the top right corner and 1 in the footer. But it looks to me that there are many advertisements is being inserted probably by the plugin. Is there any easy way to achieve this?
