Usage question and image issue

Great plugin. Just a few questions.

First, if i want to clone a site and move it and leave the original site alone and in place, i just export without changing anything with urls, correct? I noticed when i imported into new site, it changed the urls automatically.

Only issue we had was with our logo. It was broken. Any idea why just one image would be affected? The path is correct in the code, but its not there. No big deal just curious.
