• Hi there,

    Two questions:

    1) Is it possible to use this for Portuguese UPS Access Points?

    2) Is it possible to use only the Access Points feature and use our own shipping methods to set the pricing? (flat rate, whatever…)

Abr

    Hello @webdados,

I noticed that you’ve contacted directly us, but I will answer also here for future users.

Is it possible to use only the Access Points feature and use our own shipping methods to set the pricing? (flat rate, whatever…)

This feature is available in the PRO version of the plugin. In the UPS shipping method settings you can set the “Access points and flat rate” option: https://wpdesk.me/mp/rgy29.png

We need to investigate the issue with AP in Portugal.

    Best regards,
    Marta

I already tried the PRO version on your test platform and it does work for Portugal. The problem now is that the Access Points are not correctly sorted by closeness to the entered address, which makes the plugin unusable for us.

(I can’t have a client from Faro seeing an Access Point from Oporto as the first option)

    Thank you @webdados.
We are working on this. I’ll let you know when we push the changes.

I appreciate that, but I had to go with another solution for now.
If you get yours working before the 30-day money-back guarantee I got from the other plugin, I might still change.

    Hello @webdados,

It took some time because we needed to contact UPS, but I would like to let you know that we pushed the changes to the latest version UPS 1.9.1 and UPS PRO 1.4.1.
The Access Points should work properly now.

    Best regards,
    Marta

Nice. We’ve opted for another solution because we needed to have that working fast, but it’s good to know it’s fixed. I’ll keep an eye on this for future projects.
