    Hope you’re doing well!

    You can use both plugins on the same WordPress installation, they work alongside with no issues. To use Upload options with BuddyPress Activity Shortcode plugin, the plugin’s core files need to be modified to add this feature. Currently, it is showing only activity stream. Please contact the plugin’s developers and ask if they can provide any feedback.

    If this feature will be added, to show the BuddyPress Activity Plus, special integration between the plugins is required, which needs a lot of custom coding. Feel free to check WP Jobs section for additional help from developers:
