    Last week, I finally had the time to troubleshoot an issue I had with a payment gateway and this plugin. The forums over at UD were down during what seemed to be a site upgrade, but thankfully I was able to get the issue resolved without using them for reference as I normally do.

    Today, I decided to do the upgrade to 3.10, and right off the bat, my premium features were disabled. I went to the site, which now just shows the text “Nothing found.” in any URL I’ve been to before.

    Should there be cause for concern now that I’ve had limited access to the site twice in less than a week now? This plugin has been a godsend, but with the developer’s site fully down and no communication from them to clients on anything going on, seems a bit troublesome.

    You can click ‘Check Updates’ on your site after update of the plugin and add-ons should be downloaded again to your site. We apologize for inconvenience with the site. You can always get support here.

    Hello all,

    I tried the update again a week later, and it went through with no issues, so that might have only been an issue for that day. Thank you for the additional email contact if I need it in the future. I will mark this topic as resolved.
