Usability problem

I agree. It would be great for the user to upload at least after the order. It’s not a very user friendly plugin at the moment.

We’ve thought about this, but we’ve chosen to not attach the upload of files in checkout.
We’ve done this for security reasons. At the moment the uploads are attached to the order number.

The comment of hgrat gets us thinking. Maybe it’s possible to attach the upload fields to the “order thank you page” (I don’t know the right WooCommerce name for it, but I think you get the point). If that’s possible your customer can upload directly after checkout instead for going to his account first.

I will see if this is possible and will get back to it as soon as possible.

With this plugin it’s possible to upload a file BEFORE checkout. We’ll continue focusing on uploads AFTER checkout.

Our just updated PRO version (available from our website) has the possibility to upload files directly after checkout on the “Thank you” page if the order has the required order status.

I’m looking for a Upload at checkout option to.
Thats way more user friendly then telling them to upload the files at My Orders.
I think it would make for quicker sales. (less actions for the user)

Is it possible to alter the plugin in a way it ís possible? (at own risk)
It’s the only thing missing for my shop to go online!

At the moment we are rewriting our plugin to add support for upload BEFORE checkout, but I do not expect to release it before October.
