• We’ve been playing with this plugin on new sites and notice a few frustrating steps that increase friction for customers and adds unnecessary steps.

Plugin doesn’t seem to remember guests, I keep having to enter personal data over and over.

UX research tells us name should be one field and not first name and last name.

I keep having to enter city, even though zip code is entered. Either don’t ask for it or look it up, it seems to autofill sometimes but not all.

Expire date should support both 01/23 and 01.23, stored cards in browsers are formatted differently.

Why I have to click Fortsett to bypass the personal number to see the remaining contact info fields is also an unnecessary additional step, it should rather start with the fields visible and the link to actually show personal number step.

After selecting Card as payment option I have to click “G? til betaling” to see the card fields, they should show as soon as I click Card as payment option. You are actually showing the same info before and after this button, so this step is redundant.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the feedback!

The kind of checkout that Svea provides is an iframe which our plugin fetches but unfortunately cannot affect that much.

The plugin populates email, zip code and phone number if the user is logged in, however if the user is logged out its up to Svea to try to populate information about the customer.

Please reach out to Svea about the feedback regarding UX, it will be much appreciated!

    Best regards
