US Shipping Option won’t show on Cart / Checkout

    Hi there,

    I installed the plugin and set it up. Everything is working great, except that as soon as I select “United States (US)” as my shipping country within the shipping calculator on cart page, there is an error saying: “No shipping options were found for United States (US).”. Every single other country is working, it’s just the US.

    I am using live shipping rates, and have no Woocommerce shipping options running.

    The strange thing is: When I enter a ZIP code within the US, Flat Rate shipping rate is showing up as a shipping option. But just after I entered the ZIP code. No other country needs that.

    Is there something wrong with the live shipping rates or could you help me fix the problem?

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern!
    if you are using our live shipping rates, some locations, like the USA, will require ZIP codes to generate an accurate shipping rate for that area.
    If this is something that might cause issues for your customers, you can consider disabling our live rates and setting up your own flat rates in WooComerce.
