  • Hi, when receiving the critical error, do you recieve an email from WordPress as well? it should contain a recovery link to gain access back to the site and the full error message. If you could share the error it will be great.

In addition, I suggest that you try temporarily switching the theme (to a basic WordPress theme) and then updating the plugin. This way we could rule out the possibility the theme is the culprit.

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to answer me.

Regarding the critical error caused when installing the last version of Elementor, I didn’t receive an email from WordPress with an error message. WordPress administrator continues working, but the web page does not display and then provides the following link:

    FAQ Troubleshooting

Following instructions, I changed the theme to twenty-twenty-two and then updated Elementor. There was no critical error; the web page displays with the selected theme. Therefore, Urna – All-in-one WooCommerce WordPress Theme migth be causing the critical error.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi @equiposdegimnasia , since the issue is caused when the theme is activated and as we have no control over coding for third-party themes, I highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this theme so they may further troubleshoot and provide a solution.

If they need any technical details regarding Elementor, they are free to open an issue on our Github page where our developers will be happy to collaborate directly with them.`
